Producer Info
New Producers
We believe in ease of doing business, and are happy to discuss coverage problems & ideas with interested brokers. To officially begin transacting business, new producers should send us the following:
- Producer's license #
- Proof of in-force E&O coverage
- Signed producer's Application (Download here)
- W-9 (W-9 Form)
- Once we have received the above items, we will send you a Trinity Producer Agreement for you to sign.
Broker of Record Policy
New business submissions are reserved in our system for the first agency furnishing a complete submission including a class-specific supplemental application, loss runs and claim details.
We will not normally accept a mid-term broker of record letter. If you have an unusual situation that justifies such a change, then submit full details to us and we will review and advise you.
We will accept BOR letters when received on or before the effective date for new business and at least 5 business days prior to the effective date for renewals. We give the incumbent producer 5 business days to provide a signed countermanding letter.
Broker of Record letters requiring the Insured's/Applicant's signature should be on their letterhead, signed and dated by an authorized officer/principal.
