We may receive confidential information from submissions & applications for insurance coverage, via email, fax, or through our website. We may also collect information from other sources, such as an applicant’s prior insurance provider or reporting agencies. This information may include prior loss history, credit reports, inspection reports, or motor vehicle reports, as may be required by the underwriting process.

To whom is confidential information disclosed?

Confidential information collected in connection with the placement or maintenance of insurance coverage will be supplied solely to those carriers or markets being approached for coverage, or currently providing coverage, or to third party service providers acting on our behalf. We do not otherwise disclose confidential information except as required by law.
