Commercial contractors can't afford to lose a job because of too-restrictive coverage, or slow certificate issuance. Our Commercial & Public Works GL program is designed with these needs in mind, with many of the coverage amendments required by Public Entities and large GC's.

  • Blanket Waiver of Subrogation
  • Per Project Aggregate Available
  • No Past Projects Exclusion for qualifying accounts
  • Incidental Residential Repair/Remodel allowed; increased residential work allowed for certain clases
  • $1,000 minimum premium
  • No Deductible
  • Carrier: Non-admitted, AM Best A+ XV
Limits:
  • $1,000,000 Occurrence
  • $2,000,000 General Aggregate (not including Products/Completed Ops)
  • $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations
  • $1,000,000 Personal Injury/Advertising Injury
  • $5,000 Medical Expense
  • $50,000 Damage to Premises Rented to You
